For one technician we charge $135 for the first hour and $21.25 each quarter hour after the first. This does not include materials, as they vary depending on the job. We do charge for time spent investigating, consulting, and formulating plans for the execution of tasks. In the event that we send more than one technician, you will be charged $21.25 for each quarter hour they are there. Helpers are charged at $13.75 per quarter hour. In addition, any time spent procuring materials that are not part of regular inventory and are not normally used in the course of the work as scheduled will be billed at the helper rate. We only send extra technicians or helpers on jobs where we feel this to be more cost effective for the client.
We are responsible for collecting sales tax from all our clients on all labor performed as well as on all materials used working on your home or business. The rates are 7.5% for Durham and Orange county, and 6.75% for Alamance, Chatham, and Wake counties, added to the bottom line total of the invoice.

Replacement or new installation of ceiling fans, kitchen hood ventilation wiring, consultation on and installation of bath fan light combinations
Lighting design for all rooms in the house including kitchen, bath, patio, garage, accent lighting and specialty lighting for specific situations, consolation on lighting choices, installations of recessed, track, or pendant lighting, under cabinet lighting, indoor/outdoor, and low voltage.
Full service television installation including HDMI / ethernet / CAT6 running, speaker wiring.
